Shipping Policy

Delivery can be arranged to most areas. Please note our shopping delivery terms and conditions:

1. All delivery services are provided by courier companies.

2. Delivery addresses cannot be P.O. box numbers. Please provide a detailed delivery address and contact number. If the goods are returned to our company due to an unclear address, refusal of delivery by the recipient, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, provision of only a P.O. box number, or other reasons, the order will be considered a “failed delivery order.” We will notify you via email regarding this matter. In such cases, we will refund you after deducting shipping costs and reasonable handling fees (not exceeding 15% of the total value of the “Undeliverable Order”). Please note that we are unable to reship the goods from an “Undeliverable Order,” but we welcome you to purchase our products again online.

3. Our company will endeavor to deliver the goods within 7 working days after receiving the confirmed order, subject to the availability of sufficient stock. Our company will notify you of the estimated delivery date by email. We will process your confirmed order as soon as possible, but please note that due to various factors, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive at your location within the specified timeframe. These factors include: certain countries may take several weeks to inspect packages, or delivery may be delayed due to holidays such as Christmas, New Year, or other public holidays.

4. You may be required to pay import taxes on the goods you purchase when they arrive in your country. Any additional customs clearance fees will be your responsibility.

5. In your transaction with our company, you are the “importer,” and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. Our company will label our products as “health products” on the package. Please note that some countries may impose restrictions on the import and sale of our products. Our company will attempt to assist you in complying with the import and sales regulations imposed by the relevant region; however, our company shall not assume any legal liability or be responsible for any consequences or losses arising from or related to the import or sales regulations implemented by local authorities.
